Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 December 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11 January 2018, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of SYRA CHANELLE SUSAN ATTILLE, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of SYRA INYAMUWA SUSAN ATTILLE SADIQ and assumed the name of SYRA CHANELLE SUSAN ATTILLE.
