Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 October 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 January 2018, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of CHLOE REBECCA BROOKER-MAPP, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of CHLOE REBECCA BROOKER and assumed the name of CHLOE REBECCA BROOKER-MAPP.
