Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 October 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 January 2018, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of MADISON DANIELLE CLAIRE DEWHURST, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of MADISON DANIELLE CLAIRE PACKER and assumed the name of MADISON DANIELLE CLAIRE DEWHURST.
