Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 November 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 January 2018, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of EVIE APRIL-LILY MARTIN, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of LILY EVIE MARTIN and assumed the name of EVIE APRIL-LILY MARTIN.
