Notice is hereby given that the following Written Resolution of the Company was unanimously adopted on 11 January 2018 as a Special Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benjamin Alexander Rhodes and James Robert Toynton of Grant Thornton Limited, Lefebvre House, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3TF be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators."

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before the 8 February 2018 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
