Notice is hereby given that the Partnership between Christopher James Aplin and Judy Dawn Aplin and known as W J Aplin & Son of Higher Burrow, Kingsbury Episcopi, Martock TA12 6BU as a farming and machinery hire business was, on 10 January 2018, dissolved by mutual consent with effect from 31 March 2016 (‘the Effective Date’). All debts due to and from the Partnership will be received and paid from the Effective Date by the said Christopher James Aplin by whom the said business is carried on in his capacity as sole trader.
