"That Simon Thomas Barriball and Sandra McAlister of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen's Road, Swansea SA1 4AW be nominated to act as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they may act jointly and severally in this regard."

A virtual meeting of Creditors is intended to be held by the end of January 2018 to confirm the appointment of liquidators.
