Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2017, NB SOF II Holdings (B) LP transferred to Coller Partners 716 LP Incorporated, 100% of the interest held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co V LP No. 2 being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP11713 (the "Partnership"), and on that date Coller Partners 716 LP Incorporated was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and NB SOF II Holdings (B) LP ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
