Notice is hereby given that on 8 January 2018 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Simon Renshaw, Insolvency Practitioner of AABRS Ltd, Langley House, Park Road, London, N2 8EY, as the supervisor of the voluntary arrangement of Yaip Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC404332 and having its registered office at 127 Castle House, Baker Street, Stirling, Baker Street, Stirling, FK8 1AL (formerly known as Shieldhill Castle Hotel Limited) craving the court inter alia, that Yaip Limited be wound up and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition Lord Bannatyne, by interlocutor dated 9 January 2018, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Clerk of Court, Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
