Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2017, Landmark IAM Partnership XI L.P., (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest in Investindustrial III, L.P. (the "Partnership") to KHP Strategic 4 LLC (the "Transferee").

As a result of the above transfer, with effect from 31 December 2017, KHP Strategic 4 LLC became a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
