Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that HarbourVest International Private Equity Partners IV - Partnership Fund L.P., HarbourVest Partners VI - Parallel Partnership Fund L.P., HarbourVest Partners VI - Partnership Fund L.P. and HIPEP IV - European Buyout Partnership Fund L.P. (together "The Assignors") transferred to Strategic Partners VII investments, LP. (Series B), 100% of their interest held by them in Doughty Hanson & Co IV LP No. One being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP8718 (the "Partnership"), and on that date Strategic Partners VII Investments, L.P. (Series B) was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and The Assignors ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
