1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-
a) Introduce double yellow lines at the junctions of the following roads
i. Ashby Close and Hedingham Road
ii. Carisbroke Close and Hedingham Road
iii. Caernarvon Close and Hedingham Road
iv. Falkirk Close and Hedingham Road
v. Somerset Gardens and Frimley Avenue
vi. Somerset Gardens and Holme Road
vii. Holme Road and Benets Road
viii. Frimley Avenue and Benets Road
ix. Engayne Gardens and Waldergrave Gardens
x. Ashburnham Gardens and Hall Lane
xi. Ashburnham Gardens and Engayne Gardens
xii. Ingrebourne Gardens and Marlborough Gardens
xiii. Nathan Close and Moor Lane
xiv. Swift Close and Heron Way
xv. Nightingale Avenue and Heron Way
xvi. Plover Gardens and Heron Way
xvii. Kingfisher Road and Heron Way
xviii. Mallard Close and Heron Way
xix. Cranham Gardens and Park Avenue also
xx. On Hall Lane south of the junction with Waldergrave Gardens
xxi. Within the central radius of the island at the end of Waldergrave Gardens
xxii. At the eastern bend on Marlborough Gardens
xxiii. Ingrebourne Gardens north of Front Lane
xxiv. Kingfisher Road at the bend in the road xxv. Heron Way between Plover Close and Swan Avenue
xxvi. On Heron Way between Tern Gardens and Swift Close
xxvii. Moor Lane opposite Cranham Gardens
xxviii. Cranham Gardens south of Rustic Close
xxix. On the north side of Avon Road between Hall Lane and Marlborough Gardens
xxx. on bends in Chelmer Road
xxxi. extending the double yellow lines in Mersey Avenue
b) Introduce no waiting Monday to Saturday 8am – 6.30pm
i. On the north side of Waldergrave Gardens including the turning area at the end
ii. On the west and east side of Engayne Gardens
iii. On the north and south sides of Ashburnham Gardens
c) Introduce limited waiting on Front Lane outside shops Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm no return within 1 hour
3. Full details are available for inspection together with the deposit documents for the orders referred to above and can be inspected for a period of 21 days either through www.haveringtraffweb.co.uk or in the Public Advice and Service Centre, London Borough of Havering, Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Friday.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
