1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham proposes to make the above Order under sections 6, 32, 35, and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The order will come into force on the 10th February 2018.

2. The general nature and effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Scrubs Lane) (Off Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 4) Order 20** would be to amend the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (Off-Street Parking places) (No. 1) Order 1995 so as to introduce three New Electric Vehicle Rapid Charging Points to Scrubs Lane Car Park. The Rapid Charging points will operate ‘At any time’, with a maximum stay of one hour.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and documents giving more details of the proposed Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to the following
