RENFREWSHIRE COUNCIL hereby gives notice that the above Order, authorising the stopping-up of a section of footpath at Elm Drive, Johnstone, Renfrewshire under the provisions of planning approval 17/0118/PP for the erection of a residential development at Elm Drive, Johnstone, Renfrewshire, was confirmed as an unopposed Order on the 13th December 2017 under Section 207 of the Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997. A copy of the confirmed Order and the relevant plan specifying the length of the footpath affected may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley by any person free of charge, during normal office hours.
