Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25 October 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 January 2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Harry James Green who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Harry James Cook and assumed the name of Harry James Green.
