Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 06 December 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 03 January 2018, I, Barbie Evelyn Woodbridge, 133 Cockerell Close, Merley, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 1XR, is Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved, British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sarah Evelyn Woodbridge and assumed the name of Barbie Evelyn Woodbridge.
