Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 1 January 2018, Wellesley College (the "Transferor") transferred to Strategic Partners VII Acquisitions I, L.P (the "Transferee") its entire interest in Amadeus III (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP10984 and that with effect from and including 1 January 2018, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner.
