Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 1 January 2018, Pomona Partnership Holdings II, L.P. (the "Transferor") transferred to HCP VI Holdings SLP (the "Transferee") its entire interest in Amadeus II 'B' (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP6914 and that with effect from and including 1 January 2018, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner.
