Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 November 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18 December 2017, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of JACK ANDREW BENSTEAD, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of JACK ANDREW WYLES and assumed the name of JACK ANDREW BENSTEAD.
