Conveyance: Conveyance dated the 31st of May 1966 and made between (1) Aylesbury Allotment Association Limited and (2) Orchard House Property Development Limited

Property: Land off Buckingham Road, Aylesbury being the land comprised in the above mentioned Conveyance and, in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the roadways and verges forming Kenilworth Drive and part of Selkirk Avenue together with the garage blocks at the rear of 1-16 Kenilworth Drive and the accessway and verges leading thereto, and any other right, or interest whatsoever arising in or from the said Conveyance.

2. In pursuance of the powers granted by s.1013 of the Companies Act 2006 the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown's title (if any) in the Property the vesting of the Property having come to his notice on 12 October 2016.
