Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 December 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 December 2017, I, Anthony Santino De La Cruz of 53 Warwick Avenue, Slough, Berkshire, SL2 1DU, Single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Ravinder Singh Dehal and assumed the name of Anthony Santino De La Cruz.
