Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 31 December 2017, DEKA Investment GMBH transferred the whole of its limited partner interest in Platina Energy III LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP012483, ("Partnership") to IPConcept (Luxemburg) S.A., on behalf of WInvest SICAV-FIS Generation and with effect from that date IPConcept (Luxemburg) S.A., on behalf of WInvest SICAV-FIS Generation was admitted as a Substitute Limited Partner in the Partnership and DEKA Investment GMBH ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
