Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016. It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Steven John Parker and Trevor John Binyon, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals; The establishing of a Creditors' Committee; The approval of the Joint Administrators' fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs; The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge. The meeting will be held on 26 January 2018 at 10.00 am at Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London, NW1 2DX. To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Administrators by one of the following methods.
