Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 November 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 December 2017, I, Daniel Mark Beauchamp of 1 Feathers Yard, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, OX10 0FH, Single and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Daniel Mark Beacham and assumed the name of Daniel Mark Beauchamp.
