Notice is hereby given that on 12 December 2017, a Petition was presented at Elgin Sheriff Court by Maurice Ross, residing at Flat 0/35, 25 Bedford Street, Glasgow G5 9RE, craving the Court to restore to the Register of Companies Morfab Limited, a previously incorporated private limited company under the Companies Act (Company Number SC458459) and having its registered office latterly at 12 Eemins Place, Bishopmill, Elgin, Morayshire, IV30 4PA, and that if any interested person intends to show cause why the Petition should not be granted they are required to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Elgin Sheriff Court, High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BU, within twenty one days after intimation, advertisement and service hereafter.
