Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11 December 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 22 December 2017 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Ethan Dayan who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ethan Andrea Constantinides and assumed the name of Ethan Dayan.
