Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that the following transfers have taken place in EQT Infrastructure II (No.1) Feeder Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL010563 (the “Partnership”):

PEP SR I Umbrella L.P. transferred –

a. 35.1% of its interest in the Partnership to ASGA Infra Master, L.P.;

b. 14.4% of its interest in the Partnership to Feronia Infra, L.P.;

c. 15.5% of its interest in the Partnership to Multibrand SICAV-SIF on behalf of its sub-fund, Multibrand SICAV-SIF Valida Infrastructure Fund; and

d. 35.1% of its interest in the Partnership to Global Infrastructure Solutions 3 Master SCSp,

and consequently, PEP SR I Umbrella L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the following parties were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership:

i. ASGA Infra Master, L.P.;

ii. Feronia Infra, L.P.;

iii. Multibrand SICAV-SIF on behalf of its sub-fund, Multibrand SICAV-SIF Valida Infrastructure Fund; and

iv. Global Infrastructure Solutions 3 Master SCSp.
