NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that Zarrison Limited as trustee of the Alex Shinder Retirement Benefit Scheme has transferred to Alexander Gabriel Shinder all of the interest held by it in 17Capital Fund 2 L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL009620 and that therefore Zarrison Limited as trustee of the Alex Shinder Retirement Benefit Scheme has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
