Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Access Capital Partners Group SA has transferred part of its interest in Access Capital Fund VI Growth Buy-out Europe LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL13335 (the “Partnership”), to each of the following:

1 Vernet 2 Limited; and

2 OP Corporate Bank plc.

As a result of the foregoing transfer, Vernet 2 Limited and OP Corporate Bank plc have each been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
