Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 4 April 2017 RBC Trustees (CI) Ltd., as trustees of the Argra Trust transferred to Maria Mercedes Hoffman 100% its interest in Palamon European Equity III 'A', L.P, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP014874 (the "Partnership"), represented by a capital contribution of €5, and consequently, with effect from that date, RBC Trustees (CI) Ltd as trustees of the Argra ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Maria Mercedes Hoffman became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €5.
