Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 1 January 2018, Leonardo Secondary Opportunities Fund III (GP) Limited (as general partner of Secondary Opportunities Fund III, LP transferred 100% its interest in Palamon European Equity III, L.P, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016631 (the "Partnership"), represented by a capital contribution of €850, to Picasso GP Limited (as general partner of Picasso 301, L.P.), and consequently, with effect from that date, Leonardo Secondary Opportunities Fund III (GP) Limited (as general partner of Secondary Opportunities Fund III, LP ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Picasso GP Limited (as general partner of Picasso 301, L.P.) became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €850.
