TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest (“the Council”) hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following area of public highway which is shown hatched red on the plan attached to the draft order and comprising 278.3 sqm and may be generally described as:

(a) The rectangular area of land at the southern end and the eastern side of Churchill Terrace, E4, and adjacent to the Sub Station

IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in order to enable development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest on 7 December 2017 under reference 173287.

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED during normal office hours for 28 days commencing on 8 January 2018 at (a) The Information Desk, Town Hall, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17; and (b) Low Hall, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS free of charge

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within the period of 28 days commencing on 8 January 2018 by written statement to Legal Services, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Forest Road, London, E17 4JF (Ref: NHP.82/JW).

In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
