Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec transferred:

(i) 91.4302% of the interest held by it in BC European Capital VIII-6, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010402 (the “Partnership”), including 91.4302% of its capital contribution to PEA Burbank Holdings LP; and

(ii) 8.5698% of the interest held by it in the Partnership including 8.5698% of its capital contribution to PEA Burbank B Holdings LP.

As a result of the transfers, each of (i) PEA Burbank Holdings LP and (ii) PEA Burbank B Holdings LP were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
