Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2017, each of Altamar Buyout Global II, FCR and Altamar Buyout Global III, FCR (the "Transferors") partially transferred their interest as limited partners in Bridgepoint Europe IV 'B' L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012495, to ASF Brighton, L.P., which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership. The Transferors have retained an interest and continue to be limited partners in the Partnership.
