Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Caravan Trust, Austen S. Cargill II, Trustee transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital VII-6 being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP006840 (the “Partnership”), to Marcus Agrippa II, LLC, and consequently Caravan Trust, Austen S. Cargill II, Trustee ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
