ABANDONMENT –

LIMAVADY ROAD, GARVAGH

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, proposes to make an Order to abandon 370 square metres of road outside 19-21 Limavady Road, Garvagh, after the completion of such works as the Department considers necessary for the provision of alternative facilities for road traffic.

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period from 2 January 2018 to 14 February 2018 at the Department’s Headquarters, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast and at DfI Roads Northern Division, County Hall, Castlerock Road, Coleraine, BT51 3HS or viewed online at www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/consultations

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or emailing landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
