The Department for Communities has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Social Security Miscellaneous Amendments No. 3) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017", (S.R. 2017 No 242), which came into operation on 21st December 2017.

This Rule makes consequential amendments to various Regulations so that references to the current differences in qualifying ages for state pension for men and women are removed or replaced.
