1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-
a) Introduce residents parking restrictions as part of a permit parking area within the following roads
Bennison Drive | Long Grove |
Blakeborough Drive | Messant Close |
Cane Hill | Pasteur Drive |
Cavell Crescent | Rutley Close |
Ewan Road | Watson Gardens |
Jacobs Avenue |
b) Introduce no waiting at any time
i. In the turning head at the end of Messant Close
ii. At the junction of Cavell Crescent and Bennison Drive
iii. At the junction of Cavell Crescent and Ewan Road
iv. At the junction of Ewan Road and Jacobs Avenue
v. At the junction of Watson Gardens and Pasteur Drive
vi. Within the turning head of Rutley Close
vii. Outside No 16 Bennison Drive
viii. Opposite No 5 and 7 Cavell Crescent
ix. At the junction of Ewan Road and Blakeborough Drive
x. At the junction of Ewan Road and Long Grove
xi. At the ‘T’ junction of Long Grove at Nos. 8 and 13
3. Full details are available for inspection together with the deposit documents for the orders referred to above and can be inspected for a period of 21 days either through www.haveringtraffweb.co.uk or in the Public Advice and Service Centre, London Borough of Havering, Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Friday.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
