Notice is hereby given that the partnership formerly subsisting between Neil Joseph Cronin, Steven Andrew Jackson and Mark Henry Williams and which, immediately prior to its dissolution, was owned solely by Neil Joseph Cronin known as Southerns Solicitors of 66-68 Bank Parade, Burnley, Lancashire BB11 1UB and other associated offices has been dissolved by agreement as from 17 December 2017. The goodwill and assets of the business trading as Southerns Solicitors have been acquired by Southerns Solicitors Limited who will continue trading as Southerns Solicitors from all of the same addresses and all debts due to and owing by Southerns Solicitors prior to 17 December 2017 will be received and paid by Southerns Solicitors Limited.
