Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Pomona Partnership Holdings IV, L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital VIII-1, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010196 (the “Partnership”), to HCP VI Holdings SLP acting by its general partner Hollyport VI Holdings GP Limited and as a result, HCP VI Holdings SLP acting by its general partner Hollyport VI Holdings GP Limited was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Pomona Partnership Holdings IV, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
