Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Altamar Buyout Global III, FCR transferred 45.41% of its interest in BC European Capital IX-7 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014063 (the “Partnership”), to ASF Brighton, L.P. and as a result, ASF Brighton, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Altamar Buyout Global III, FCR continued to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
