Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that BNP Paribas Fortis S.A./N.V. transferred 100% of its interest in EQT Mid Market Europe (No.1) Feeder Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL024031 (the “Partnership”), to BNP Paribas SA and consequently, BNP Paribas SA was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and BNP Paribas Fortis S.A./N.V. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
