Notice is herewith given that Timothy Byrne has retired, in accordance with Section 29 of the Partnership Act 1890 from the partnership known as D Byrne & Co, trading as a wine merchant in Clitheroe, Lancashire, on 30 June 2017. The partnership D Byrne & Co shall continue to trade with the remaining partners, Philip Byrne, Andrew Byrne and Joseph Byrne.
