Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 1 January 2018 Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company ("Etera"), a limited partner in the Partnership, merged into Illmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company ("Illmarinen") and, as a result of that merger, on that date, Etera's interest in the Partnership was assigned by operation of law to Illmarinen, such that Illmarinen was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Etera ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
