NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the estate on (Proposed Decision(s)).

1. That a creditors’ committee be established pursuant to section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986

2. That the Trustee’s fees will be charged by reference to the time properly spent by them and their staff in dealing with the matters relating to the bankruptcy, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time the work is undertaken and subject to the fees estimate issued with notice of this decision procedure.

3. That the Trustee be authorised to draw category 2 disbursements for services provided by his firm, in accordance with his firm’s charging policy, details of which accompanied the notice of this decision procedure.
