Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Director of the above-named Company (the 'convener') is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators by way of a virtual meeting. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 15 January 2018.

At the meeting the convenor will also be seeking a decision from creditors to establish a Liquidation Committee or, in the absence of a Committee, resolutions specifying the terms on which the Liquidators are to be remunerated and disbursements are to be drawn.

The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting by telephone conference on 15 January 2018 at 11.00 am.
