CHANGES TO CERTAIN OFF-STREET "KCTMO" PARKING BAY PROVISIONS IN THE HENRY DICKENS COURT AND WORLD'S END ESTATES AND IN THE WORLDS END UNDERGROUND CAR PARK

THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA (HOUSING ESTATES) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES AND WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 4) ORDER 2017

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 14th December 2017 have made the above-mentioned Order under sections 35 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the general effect of which will be in respect of the following off-street housing estates run by the Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation Ltd (KCTMO) as managing agents for the Council, to—€“

(a) Henry Dickens Court Estate —€“ convert 1 KCTMO resident bay (no 16) to KCTMO personalised disabled persons bay (HDC 16);

(b) Worlds End Estate —€“ convert 1 KCTMO visitors bay (no 9) to KCTMO personalised disabled persons bay (WE1 02);

(c) Worlds End Underground Car Park —€“ (i) convert 1 KCTMO personalised disabled persons bay (WE2 05) to KCTMO resident bay (no 43); and (ii) to convert 1 KCTMO resident bay (no 59) to KCTMO personalised disabled persons bay (WE2 05);

2. Copies of the Order, which will come in to operation on 18th December 2017, and of all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date the Order was made at Room 308, Council Offices, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, 37 Pembroke Road, London W8 6PW.

3. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
