NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the IR2016") that the Trustees are inviting creditors to pass the resolutions listed below. The decision procedure being used in this event is a decision to be made by correspondence. No physical meeting will be held but instead creditors are requested to complete and return Form of Decision by Correspondence to the Trustees office. The form together with a proof of debt must be received on or before the decision date and should be sent to Horsfields, Belgrave Place, 8 Manchester Road, Bury BL9 0ED, or faxed to 0161 763 1283, or emailed to info@horsfields.com. The decision date is 4 January 2018.

A creditor whose debt is treated as a small debt (£1,000 or less) in accordance with Rule 14.31(1) IR2016 must still deliver a proof of debt it they wish to vote.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if they provide a proof of debt.

Creditors who meet the thresholds set out in Sections 246ZE(7) and 379ZA(7) of the Insolvency Act 1986 may, within 5 business days from the date of delivery of this notice require a physical meeting be held to consider the resolutions below.

A creditor may appeal a decision in accordance with Rule 15.35 of IR2016, any appeal under this rule may not be made later than 21 days after the decision date.

The resolutions to be considered are:

1. Fixing the Trustees’ remuneration as detailed in Trustees’ report dated 11 December 2017.

2. Accepting the Trustees' Receipts and Payments Account for Period 12 October 2016 to 11 October 2017.

3. Approving Category 2 disbursement costs as detailed in Trustees’ report dated 11 December 2017.
