THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (LIME GROVE)(CONTRA-FLOW CYCLE LANE) ORDER 20**
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. **) Order 20** would be to further amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2008 so that waiting and/or loading restrictions would be amended and/or introduced and/or revoked in certain lengths of Cobbold Road, Du Cane Road, Black's Road, Brook Green, Farm Lane, Milfoil Street, New Kings Road, Coomer Place, Haldane Road, Titmuss Street and Townmead Road.
3. The general effect of the above proposed Parking Places Orders would be to further amend each of their parent orders in so far that parking places would be amended and/or introduced and/or revoked in certain lengths of Richmond Way, Cobbold Road, Clancarty Street, Seagrave Road, Hammermsith Grove, Du Cane Road, Lillie Road, Townmead Road, Titmuss Street, Haldane Road, Danehurst Street, Goodwin Road, Rylston Road, Stevenage Road, Wyfold Road and Grimston Road.
4. The general effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Personalised Disabled Persons' Free Parking Places) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. *) Order 20** would be to amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Personalised Disabled Persons' Free Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2011 by revoking a personalised disabled persons parking places in Studdridge Street.
5. The general effect of the above proposed Contra-Flow Cycle Lane Orders would be to introduce contra-flow cycle lanes in Pennard Road and Lime Grove.
6. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
7. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to the following Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU —“
until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
