Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Harding Group Limited has transferred its entire interest in CP6B Steel AIV, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL011087 (the “Partnership”) to Lionhill Global Limited. Harding Group Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Lionhill Global Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
